Job Description
Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers, called Papa Pals, in Miami, FL. Caregivers provide companionship, help around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly support to older adults and families. Shifts are flexible, typically 2–4 hours, and can be scheduled via the mobile app. No prior caregiving experience is required. Candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, access to a vehicle and smartphone, and pass background and driving checks. Pay is up to $17/hour with possible bonuses and mileage reimbursement. Kindness, patience, and reliability are essential.
