Key Duties

As a Papa Pal, you will provide non-medical assistance and companionship to members in your local community. Tasks may include:

• Offering friendly company and social interaction.
• Assisting with light household chores and organization.
• Running errands such as grocery shopping or pharmacy visits.
• Providing safe transportation to appointments or activities.
• Supporting families by helping with day-to-day needs.

Most visits are 2–4 hours long, and you’ll have the freedom to select opportunities that fit your schedule.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance (with your name listed on the policy).
• Access to a vehicle (model year requirements apply).
• Able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Own a smartphone and be comfortable using the mobile app.
• Kind, patient, and reliable, with good communication skills.

No formal caregiving or healthcare experience is necessary—life experience and a caring personality are what matter most.

Pay & Benefits
