Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent (Part-Time)

Location: Sheffield, UK (fully office-based)

Contracted Hours: 20 – 25 hours per week

Working hours: 4pm till 8pm (Mon – Fri) & Between 9am & 6:30pm (Sat & Sun)

Are you an experienced sales agent looking to work in a Sheffield City Centre based contact centre specialising in health, wellness and lifestyle brands and products?

We’re on the lookout for energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Outbound Sales Agents to join our expanding day sales team. If you’re passionate about connecting with people, have a natural flair for conversation, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment — this one’s for you.

You’ll be working with warm leads across the UK market — customers who’ve previously purchased from us but haven’t been active in a while. Your mission? Reignite their interest, build relationships, and drive sales by offering real value — no robotic scripts, just real conversations.

This role would be ideal for anybody with existing outbound sales experience looking for a part time role across evenings and weekends alongside prior commitments or university studies.

Key Responsibilities
• Make high-volume outbound calls to existing UK-based customers who’ve previously engaged with our brand either online or via phone.
• Building trust and rapport through authentic, value-driven conversations whilst delivering top quality service.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning, active listening and recommending the right products.
• Own your pipeline — manage accounts, track activity, and spot opportunities to grow revenue amongst your customers.
• Hit and exceed personal and team-based sales targets.
• Feed insights and objections back to the wider sales team and management to refine our strategies.
• Stay organized and accurate when using our CRM and systems.
• Have a strong knowledge of all products and services we offer to customers across our brands.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of outbound phone-based sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills whilst remaining professional and personable.
• Comfortable selling without a script and handling objections with confidence.
• Fluent, professional English and a confident phone presence.
• Motivated, resilient, and coachable — especially when the day gets tough.
• Tech-savvy with solid CRM/data entry skills to accurately process sales and information.

Salary & Working Hours

You will receive a basic pro-rata salary of £26,250 per annum (based on 40 hours per week). £13,125 (20 hours) – £16,406 (25 hours)

The role also comes with an uncapped commission structure for sales made once your target revenue has been met.

You will be working between the hours of 4pm & 8pm (Mon – Fri) and Between 9am till 6:30pm (Sat & Sun)
