Key Duties

Swift Transportation is hiring experienced OTR drivers out of Austin, TX through its El Paso terminal. As part of one of the largest trucking companies in North America, you will:

  • Haul freight nationwide on coast-to-coast routes with diverse load options.
  • Safely operate late-model tractors while following DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Manage long-haul schedules with reliable on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate e-logs and complete pre/post-trip inspections.
  • Represent Swift Transportation with professionalism and strong customer service while on the road.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Verifiable driving experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage extended OTR schedules with monthly home time.
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Must meet DOT medical and driving record requirements.
