Key Duties
  • Design and develop curriculum for the Human Resource Management Certificate Program.
  • Deliver online course instruction, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
  • Support students’ professional growth by providing mentorship and guidance in HR practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of course materials, student participation, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Professional Advancement to ensure curriculum aligns with current HR standards and industry trends.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training, and other program-related activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Current SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Reliable internet access and ability to teach effectively in an online environment.
  • Ability to develop instructional materials and facilitate interactive courses.
