Key Duties

As an Online Auction Organizer, you will play a central role in planning, executing, and managing online fundraising auctions that support our programs. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the setup and management of digital auction platforms to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience.

• Communicating with donors, sponsors, and participants to gather auction items and provide guidance on bidding processes.

• Tracking auction progress, monitoring bids, and resolving issues promptly to maintain fair and transparent operations.

• Collaborating with the team to promote auctions through email campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.

• Assisting with post-auction reporting, including summarizing results and providing feedback for future events.

Requirements

• Prior experience in event coordination, fundraising, or online platform management is preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple auction items and deadlines.

• Effective communication abilities for engaging with donors, volunteers, and participants.

• Basic familiarity with online auction platforms, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team to achieve event goals.
