Job DescriptionTarget is hiring On-Demand Guest Advocates to support service and engagement in stores. This flexible role lets you create your own schedule by picking shifts through the myTime mobile app. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing support with checkout, drive-up, and digital services, handling returns, and promoting Target’s programs. Advocates ensure smooth and friendly shopping experiences while keeping work areas organized and safe. Starting pay is $16 per hour. Training and orientation are provided. Candidates should be helpful, adaptable, and enjoy interacting with people. A flexible schedule and reliable attendance are required, with at least one shift every few months.
