O&M Field Engineer – Aurora, Colorado

Key Duties

Innova Solutions is seeking an O&M Field Engineer to join a mission-driven team supporting advanced operational systems. The engineer will monitor and maintain system health, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure operational readiness in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. This role involves:

• Analyzing and managing complex operational systems within the Operational and Maintenance (O&M) field.
• Correcting system errors and performing preventive maintenance to sustain optimal functionality.
• Collaborating directly with customers, peers, and leadership in an open and interactive environment.
• Supporting 24/7 operations, which may require rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Participating in a formal certification process for ground terminal operations and maintaining operational certifications.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a C.I. polygraph.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and apply operational theories across electronic, electro-mechanical, software, and data processing systems.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts supporting a continuous mission.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience; military technical experience may substitute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience with electronic/electro-mechanical systems, software applications, or data processing systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond rapidly to real-time operational issues.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and capacity to learn quickly in high-pressure scenarios.
