Key Duties

Dynasty Trucking Co is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers from the Houston area to operate dedicated oil field routes in Midland, TX. Drivers will transport goods safely and efficiently between designated locations, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating trucks and tractor-trailers for oil field deliveries.
• Loading and unloading cargo while ensuring proper handling and securement.
• Planning and navigating routes effectively, adapting to changing road conditions.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety.
• Maintaining accurate logs for driving hours, routes, and cargo information.
• Communicating with dispatch regarding any transit issues, delays, or concerns.
• Following company policies, DOT regulations, and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial truck driving experience with a valid CDL Class A.
• Clean driving record and compliance with Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements.
• Ability to handle local-haul oil field routes and adjust to road conditions.
• Willingness to commute to Midland, TX and stay for 2–3 weeks per rotation.
• Strong time management, reliability, and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to operate assigned company trucks efficiently and professionally.
