The Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Onboarding Officer, you will be an integral part of FAB’s customer-facing team, responsible for ensuring new clients experience a smooth, secure, and efficient account setup process. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the digital onboarding process, ensuring all account setup steps are completed accurately and promptly.

  • Verification and Compliance: Verify customer documents and information in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards.

  • Digital Platform Support: Assist clients in navigating FAB’s digital banking platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing user guidance.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding workflow, suggesting process improvements that streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications in digital banking, KYC, or compliance are advantageous.

Professional Experience

  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer onboarding is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with digital onboarding tools, online banking systems, and financial compliance regulations is required.

  • Experience in Emiratized roles or working in UAE-based financial institutions is an asset.
