Sepal AI is hiring contributors to help build the world’s most advanced benchmark for red-teaming AI. Our mission is to ensure that next-generation models improve in safe ways that benefit and extend human capabilities. We’re looking for red teamers, CTF veterans, and cyber to identify vulnerabilities and generate working exploits.

🧠 What You’ll Do

– Identify real-world vulnerabilities across OS, web, app, and cloud stacks.

– Generate simulations, exploits, and patches that demonstrate key vulnerabilities.

– Build realistic attack chains that mimic what a real adversary might attempt.

– Collaborate with engineers to design new challenges and objectives

✅ Who You Are

– A red teamer with 3+ years in offensive security.

– Track record in fuzzing, CTF challenges, or experience in enterprise offensive security.

– Comfortable with Python and Bash can write custom payloads and automation scripts.

– Familiar with tools like AFL++, libFuzzer, Peach, etc. and coverage analysis.

– Strong grasp of modern enterprise attack surfaces (OAuth, REST, SQL injection, IAM misconfigurations).

🔧 Nice to Have

– Familiarity with model-evaluation or AI safety testing.

– Passionate about safe AI development

💸 Pay: $40–100/hr USD depending on location & experience

– Remote
