Key Duties

TMC – Trucking is seeking Entry-Level Student Truck Drivers to join our team. This program allows individuals with no CDL or prior experience to begin a rewarding career in trucking. As a student driver, you will:

• Complete a comprehensive training program to earn your Class A CDL.
• Operate modern Peterbilt flatbed trucks under the supervision of experienced driver trainers.
• Learn the fundamentals of safe freight delivery, including route navigation, vehicle inspection, and cargo handling.
• Participate in hands-on, on-the-road experience with support and mentorship.
• Work within a 1,200-mile radius on flatbed routes while gaining confidence and experience.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL learner’s permit from your state of residence.
• No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs.
• Military experience may count toward some program requirements.
• Commitment to completing paid orientation and training.
