Student Truck Driver – No CDL/Experience Necessary | Houston, TX

Key Duties
TMC is seeking motivated student truck drivers to join our flatbed operations. As a trainee, you will:
- Participate in a comprehensive paid CDL training program to obtain your Class A license.
- Learn to operate top-quality Peterbilt trucks safely and efficiently under the guidance of experienced driver trainers.
- Complete on-the-road training within a typical 1,200-mile radius of your home, balancing work and home life.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to prepare for a successful career in flatbed trucking.
- Transition to full CDL-A driver responsibilities after successful completion of the training program.
Requirements
- Must obtain a CDL learner’s permit in your state of residence.
- No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUI convictions.
- Strong commitment to safety, responsibility, and learning.
- Military experience may fulfill certain training requirements.
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training with a driver trainer.
