Key Duties

As a Modeling and Simulation Analyst, you will support the Missile Defense Agency Directorate for Wargames and Exercises. Your work will include:

• Designing, building, and running simulations of ballistic missile defense systems and threats.

• Configuring simulation software such as MDASIM and EADSIM to support virtual, constructive, and distributed exercises.

• Coordinating pre-test and post-test activities, including event execution and mission testing.

• Participating in planning meetings and managing technical tasks across diverse network and architecture configurations.

• Providing on-console support during exercises and identifying risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Experience supporting Combatant Command Wargames and Exercises.

• Knowledge of the DoD Joint Event Life Cycle process.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to support domestic and international travel as needed.

• Proficiency configuring and operating Windows and Linux workstations.

• BS in engineering or computer science, with 7 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Active Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with MDASIM, OSF, EADSIM, TGx, PINT.

• Software development experience.

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
