Now Hiring – Lead Automotive Detailer (Starting $500–$550/Week, Commission-Based)

NextGen Detailing is expanding, and I’m looking for a dependable, motivated individual to take full responsibility for operating one of our mobile detailing vans, detailing about 2 vehicles per day.

This is not just a helper position — you’ll be running the van independently with:
• Company-provided van, equipment, detailing supplies, and insurance
• Clients provided and scheduled by NextGen Detailing
• 30% commission per job, averaging $500–$550 per week to start (depending on schedule and number of jobs, may vary)
• Opportunity to grow up to 35% commission with performance and reliability
• IDA Certification required (I can cover the cost of certification, which can be worked off over time)

Why 30% is fair: You don’t have to invest in tools, chemicals, a work van, insurance, or finding your own clients. All of that is covered by NextGen Detailing. Your focus is simply providing quality work and delivering great results to customers.

Responsibilities:
• Perform full interior and exterior detailing services to company standards
• Manage daily client appointments independently
• Maintain van, tools, and materials in clean, working order
• Provide excellent service and represent the brand professionally

Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior detailing or auto experience is a plus (training provided if needed)
• Willingness to complete/obtain IDA Certification (required)
