| Qualifications | Bachelor’s or Master’s in Counselling |
| Accreditation | BACP or equivalent professional body |
| Experience | 2+ years post-qualification, 400+ therapy hours |
| Workplace Experience | Experience with EAP or similar, corporate setting |
| Clinical Environment | Multidisciplinary team collaboration |
| Additional Skills | Strong communication, clinical note taking |
| CPD Requirement | Evidence of continued professional development |
| Risk Management | Experience handling high-risk cases |
| Technology Use | Proficient with clinical databases and MS Office |
| Professional Support | Monthly supervision contribution provided |
