We are a leading recruiting company in Sri Lanka, and we are looking for a We are seeking an energetic Student Recruitment Manager to lead our efforts in attracting students for local and international programs. This role includes managing recruitment campaigns, conducting seminars, and building partnerships with institutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute effective student recruitment strategies.
• Develop relationships with schools, universities, and agents.
• Conduct presentations, info sessions, and events.
• Counsel students on program options and admission processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Education.
• 5-10 years’ experience in education consultancy or student recruitment.

Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking ability.
• Knowledge of higher education systems.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
