Key Duties

Join our McDonald’s franchise team as a Maintenance Person and help ensure our restaurant operates smoothly, safely, and cleanly. This role focuses on keeping both the interior and exterior of the restaurant in top condition while supporting overall operational efficiency.

• Perform routine maintenance on restaurant equipment, including fryers, HVAC systems, and exhaust units.

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including windows, restrooms, stock rooms, and outdoor areas.

• Assist with deliveries by unloading trucks and organizing supplies.

• Handle trash and recycling tasks, including emptying compactors.

• Replace light bulbs and address minor facility repairs.

• Keep the restaurant grounds safe and well-maintained.

• Collaborate with management and the team to address maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in general maintenance or facility upkeep preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Basic understanding of safety and cleaning procedures.
