- Operating company-assigned trucks to deliver goods on dedicated local routes.
- Ensuring timely and professional pickup and delivery of freight.
- Maintaining accurate records and logs for all deliveries.
- Adhering to safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
- Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers to support operational efficiency.
- Performing light loading or unloading only if required, though most routes are no-touch.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Ability to work full-time on local routes in the Grand Prairie area.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and excellent customer service.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must meet Walmart Transportation’s driving and employment standards.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: Average $87,500 annually; mileage and activity pay from Day 1.
