• Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente et les normes de rendement du magasin et personnels
• Effectuer toutes les procédures relatives aux opérations et à la prévention des pertes avec précision, conformément aux politiques en vigueur
• Maintenir la présentation du magasin et l’organisation de l’arrière-boutique
• Communiquer efficacement tous les besoins du magasin aux gestionnaires
• Rester informé des tendances de mode actuelles
• Effectuer toutes les tâches liées aux caisses selon les procédures
