Life Time is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join LifeSpa and Salon, delivering personalized massage services that enhance members’ overall well-being and complement their fitness goals. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting members with professionalism and warmth.
- Providing customized massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while promoting repeat visits.
- Educating clients on LifeSpa products, services, and wellness benefits.
- Maintaining cleanliness and professional presentation of the LifeSpa and Salon environment.
- Serving as an expert in muscle, body analysis, and therapeutic maintenance regimens.
- Staying current with certifications, industry trends, and innovative treatment techniques.
- Promoting massage services and encouraging regular scheduling for ongoing care.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Massage Therapy License.
- Ability to perform a wide range of massage techniques and treatments.
- Comfortable calculating commissions, discounts, and proportions.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Two years of professional massage experience.
- Familiarity with body treatments and Salon Biz software.
- Commission-based compensation between 35% and 70%, with a guaranteed weekly minimum.
