Hilton is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to enhance internal training and development programs. The role involves identifying staff training needs, providing quality training, administering vocational qualifications, and supporting departments to achieve their training objectives. The coordinator will work closely with Line Managers, Department Heads, HR, and Training Managers to ensure all employees receive departmental and legal training. Responsibilities include conducting in-house courses on recruitment, selection, discipline, and grievance procedures, holding monthly departmental meetings, and systematically reviewing training progress. Candidates should have prior HR or training experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
