Key Duties
DeNyse is seeking a motivated Lead Sign Installer to join our Texas operations in Houston and Austin. This role is essential for coordinating and executing the installation of high-quality signage projects across the region.
- Review sign drawings and project specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Lead on-site installation of signs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members and clients to schedule and execute projects efficiently.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and adapt to on-site conditions.
- Perform weekend work and travel as required to meet project deadlines.
- Work independently or collaboratively, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sign installation or related installation work is required.
- Self-starter with strong motivation and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional weekend work and travel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with clients and project teams.
