Job Summary
So here’s the deal, we’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can handle a busy kitchen without losing the plot. Some days are smooth, other days it’s chaos, but if you like that fast-paced rhythm, you’ll fit right in. The kitchen’s the heart of it all, and you’ll be right there in the middle. At the end of the day, it’s about making food that people genuinely enjoy.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on kitchen experience.

  • Comfortable working in a team, even under pressure.

  • A bit of creativity with plating and flavors.

  • Good time management—you know, keeping cool when things get hectic.

  • Willingness to learn from senior chefs and grow in the role.


Requirements

  • Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.

  • Supervise and guide junior staff when needed.

  • Ensure food quality and consistency without overcomplicating things.

  • Support menu planning and preparation.

  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized, even on the busiest days
