We are seeking dynamic Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Supervisors to lead our Willowbrook location. This role is pivotal in driving store success by managing daily operations, inspiring staff, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Leading, training, and motivating store teams to achieve performance goals.
- Ensuring superior customer experiences by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
- Overseeing sales, inventory, and merchandising strategies to drive store profitability.
- Managing store operations, including visual merchandising, compliance with company policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Handling store budgets, monitoring expenses, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance.
- Engaging in local marketing initiatives and building community relationships to strengthen brand presence.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven retail management experience, ideally in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and creating exceptional shopping experiences.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
