Associates play a key role in shaping the store’s success through sales, operational support, and teamwork. – Basic math & POS familiarity Minimum Requirements – Weekly availability covering mornings, days, and nights
– Must be 18+ (some locations allow 16+)
– Clear spoken English
– Punctuality and consistent attendance Physical Demands – Standing 4–14 hours per day
– Lifting 5–25 lbs (sometimes higher)
– Stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders/stairs
