Job description

Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT security policies, standards, and procedures.Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities.Lead internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.Manage and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus solutions, and endpoint security.Oversee risk assessments and security testing (vulnerability assessments, penetration tests).Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure secure architecture and system configurations.Lead incident response planning, investigation, and reporting.Conduct security awareness training and promote a culture of cybersecurity across the organization.Stay current with evolving cybersecurity threats and recommend improvements in risk management practices.Manage and mentor the cybersecurity team. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in information security or IT risk management.Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.).Experience with security tools such as SIEM, DLP, firewalls, and endpoint protection.In-depth knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and database security.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
