Hilton Yas Island is seeking an IT Coordinator to provide day-to-day support for IT systems, including business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. The role involves assisting the IT Department to ensure IT system quality and timely delivery, minimizing outages, recording and escalating issues, recommending system improvements, and supporting guest-related IT requirements. Candidates should have prior IT experience, preferably in hospitality or service sectors, knowledge of Microsoft systems, and familiarity with hotel applications like Fidelio and Micros.
