Role Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses from Mexico, Canada, and other countries to join our growing U.S. healthcare workforce. With full-time openings across multiple specialties, including Med Surg, ICU, ER, Stepdown, OR, Labor & Delivery, and Telemetry, you’ll provide high-quality patient care while advancing your nursing career in the U.S.

As part of your assignment, you’ll receive full sponsorship, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Key Duties

• Provide and coordinate patient care across various specialties.

• Assess patients, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.

• Educate patients and families while offering emotional support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Maintain accurate medical records and perform diagnostic tests.

Requirements

• Citizenship from Mexico or Canada (for TN Visa eligibility).

• Nurses from other countries considered for EB-3 sponsorship.

• Current acute care nursing experience.

• NCLEX completed or willingness to take the exam.

• Proficiency in English.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Willingness to relocate with full flexibility on assignment location.

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive pay: CA$44–CA$70/hour (600–845 MXN equivalent).
