We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to drive revenue growth for the organization by leading and managing sales & Marketing activities including order hunting, placement and execution and managing the FG inventory for achieving the monthly sales targets to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Expected to develop and implement sales and marketing Strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Manufacturing Team Member and Staff Recruitment Process and functions.
- Responsible for Employee Relation Functions.
- HR Documentation Handling

- Undergraduate HR/Management
- Effective communication skills
- Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
