As an Inside/Outside Sales Representative with Aflac, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving revenue growth. This position requires you to generate leads, develop tailored solutions for clients, and provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Identifying prospective clients and building a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Conducting presentations and consultations to understand client needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Staying informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive products to enhance sales strategies.
- Providing consistent follow-up and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with team members to refine sales approaches and share performance insights.
- Participating in professional training, workshops, and development programs to continually strengthen sales skills.
- Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.

- Base Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 annually
