| IT Strategy | Assist in planning and implementation of IT goals |
| User Training | Train new users and provide technical guidance |
| Guest Support | Assist guests with internet and connectivity issues |
| Access Control | Manage user access codes and security protocols |
| Documentation | Prepare manuals and technical documentation |
| Communication Skills | Fluent in English; additional languages preferred |
| Email Skills | Strong professional email writing required |
| Problem Solving | Proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues |
