Job description

Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs and neurological status, detecting subtle changes to prevent critical events.Administer complex medications, including vasoactive drips and titratable infusions, with precision and adherence to protocols.Operate and troubleshoot advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, CRRT machines, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.Provide comprehensive patient education to both patients and families regarding their condition, treatment, and prognosis.Perform and assist with invasive procedures, including central line insertions, arterial line placements, and intubation.Assess and manage patients with complex medical conditions, such as sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and multi-organ failure.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Provide emotional support to patients and families during stressful and critical times, fostering a compassionate environment.Actively participate in quality
