Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong background in the food industry. Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Handle cash transactions securely, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment.
• Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Background in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
