Key Duties

As a Human Resource Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and special initiatives. Your role will focus on both administrative and analytical responsibilities that help drive efficiency and improve employee experiences. Key contributions include:

• Assisting with employee inquiries and providing practical HR support.

• Gathering, analyzing, and compiling HR-related data.

• Maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.

• Supporting HR staff with audits, reports, and ad hoc projects.

• Contributing to business analysis and administrative tasks.

• Participating in projects aligned with the business plan, ensuring quality and timely results.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Availability to work 20–30 hours weekly throughout the internship term.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and results-driven.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
