Role & Responsibilities
As an HR Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientations are conducted.

Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and the return of company property.
HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.

Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Policy Implementation and Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Promote a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development

Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs for staff.

Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Qualifications
Educational Background

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Professional Certifications

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD or similar) is preferred but not essential.
Experience

Previous experience working in an educational institution or a similar HR role is advantageous.

Knowledge of ADEK PASS (Abu Dhabi Education Council Professional and Administrative Support Standards) is beneficial.
