Job description

* HOOKAH HOSTESS*
– **Greeting and Seating Guests**: Welcoming customers and guiding them to available seating areas, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
– **Explaining Shisha Options**: Providing information about the available shisha flavors, blends, and specials. Recommending options based on customer preferences.
– **Preparing and Serving Shisha**: Assembling and preparing shisha pipes, ensuring the proper setup and cleanliness. Serving shisha to customers and maintaining quality standards.
– **Managing Shisha Inventory**: Keeping track of shisha supplies, including tobacco, coals, and accessories. Notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
– **Taking Orders**: Taking orders for shisha and any accompanying beverages or snacks. Ensuring accuracy in orders and delivering them in a timely manner.
– **Customer Engagement**: Engaging with customers, answering questions about the shisha offerings, and providing recommendations for a personalized experience.
– **Ensuring Safety and Compliance**: Adhering to health and safety regulations related to shisha service. Monitoring and maintaining a safe environment, including proper ventilation.
