Host/Host

Duties:
– Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
– Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
– Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests
– Manage the waitlist and ensure accurate seating rotation
– Answer phone calls and take reservations
– Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
– Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
