Key Duties

Oskar Blues Fooderies is seeking enthusiastic and personable Hosts to welcome guests and manage seating in a warm, efficient, and professional manner. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth dining experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing waitlists, seating parties, handling reservations, and accommodating special requests. You will also assist in setting up and closing the dining area, maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, restrooms, and parking area, and relaying information to servers and management as needed. Your attention to detail and guest satisfaction will contribute directly to the overall dining experience.

Requirements

• No prior restaurant experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods (up to 5 hours per shift).
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with guests.
• Strong grooming and personal presentation standards.
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure during busy periods.
