Job Summary:

The Horse Ride Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and educational horseback riding experiences for guests. This includes providing riding lessons, guiding horse rides, ensuring the welfare of the horses, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct horseback riding lessons and trail rides for guests of all levels, including beginners.
• Educate guests on proper riding techniques, safety measures, and horse care.
• Assist with horse grooming, saddling, feeding, and general stable duties.
• Assess rider ability and assign suitable horses based on skill level and weight.
• Monitor the physical condition and behavior of horses to ensure their health and well-being.
• Maintain clean and safe stables, riding gear, and trails.
