Job description

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the shipping team, fostering a positive team environment and promoting a strong culture of health and safety. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues in a professional and solution-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• * Ensure safe and proper operation of counterbalance and reach trucks.
• * Use handheld scanners to pick, place, and track inventory in designated locations.
• * Coordinate with the packing team and manage the return of pallets to stock using designated labels.
• * Transport labeled pallets from packing areas back to their appropriate storage locations.
• * Safely load and unload goods.
• * Assist with packing, wrapping, and labeling outbound shipments as needed.
• * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your assigned work area.
• * Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient use of space, equipment, and manpower.
• * Assign and monitor daily tasks, ensuring all shipments are completed as scheduled.
• * Report any product shortages through Monday.com and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• * Document and report any substitutions made to outbound orders.
• * Take and upload photos of completed orders to Monday.com.
• * Ensure all shipping documentation is accurately completed for drivers and third-party carriers.
• * Capture and upload images of pallets at the point of shipping—whether on trailers, trucks, or vehicles.
• * Properly label all outbound pallets.
• * Work collaboratively across departments, confirming requests, transfers, and order completions.
• * Perform other duties as assigned.
