Sales & Business Development:• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Operations) in target companies.• Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions (white/blue-collar).• Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts.• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Client Management & Retention:• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage key accounts for long-term engagement.• Conduct regular follow-ups and service reviews with existing clients.• Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and quality manpower
