Job description HGV2 Tanker Driver/Operator

eliable HGV2 Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle flatbed deliveries. The successful applicant will ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Must have a current CPC.

Responsibilities
• Operate a specialised Drainage Vehicle to client sites with drainage issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding arrival schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Follow all traffic regulations and company policies while on the road.
• Provide excellent customer service during driving, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally.

Experience
• Proven experience as a commercial driver with a valid HGV2 licence.
• Strong knowledge and experience within Drainage water systems
• Good understanding of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
• Ability to work independently
