Job description For HGV CLASS 2 Driver

We have an exciting opportunity for HGV Class 2 drivers to work on a local council contract, driving an HGV class 2 waste collection with rear steer class 2 vehicle, a permanent position will be available for those who want it.

Newly passed HGV drivers welcome

Shifts for HGV class 2 Drivers:
• 05:00 Early Starts & 13:30 Later Starts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend work optional
• Working as part of three-person crew

Pay:
• £17.00 per hour
• £22.50 B/Hols
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of HGV Class 2:
• Driving HGV class 2 in a professional manor
• Newly passed HGV drivers welcome
• Making commercial waste collections
• Max of six points for minor offences, no DR10 IN10 or DG10
