Job Description

Alaska Aggregate Products is hiring an Equipment Operator for full-time temporary work at the Kensington mine site, with potential to become permanent. This role involves safely operating heavy machinery such as dozers, excavators, graders, and loaders. Operators will perform land leveling, roadwork, inspections, fueling, and routine maintenance while ensuring safety standards. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be proficient in using dozers and excavators. A high school diploma or MSHA certification is preferred. Workdays may last 8–12 hours, with night shifts as needed. Physical fitness is required for lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors.
