The Head of Communications, Marketing and Media post is a high-profile, senior leadership role at Liverpool City Council, responsible for managing and delivering an award-winning integrated communications function that supports the Council’s strategic priorities and enhances its reputation. This role will lead on media relations, marketing, campaign management, and internal communications, ensuring that all messaging is inclusive, accessible, and reflective of Liverpool’s diverse communities.The ideal successful candidate, as Head of Communications, Marketing, and Media, will have a strong track record in leading communications and marketing teams, managing high-profile media stories, and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
