Job description

Experienced Specialty Coffee Barista with minimum 3 Years Experience

preferably with supervisor experience that can handle a cafe
• Prepare beverages as per production plans ensuring meeting standard quality, beverage cost, consistency, and good knowledge of specialty coffee.
• Creates recipes for mocktails, shakes, drinks, and unique compositions for specialty coffee.
• Track stock of items needed for ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
• Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
