Key DutiesAs a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex hardware components and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software. Core responsibilities include:

Designing and developing hardware components such as circuit boards, processors, and peripherals.

Creating detailed schematics, design documentation, and layout drawings.

Testing and troubleshooting hardware systems to ensure functionality and reliability.

Collaborating with software engineers to ensure hardware-software compatibility.

Researching emerging technologies and components to improve system performance and efficiency.

Supporting manufacturing teams during production and providing technical guidance.

Participating in design reviews and providing feedback for hardware improvements.

Ensuring all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

2–5 years of experience in hardware design and development.

Must hold or be able to obtain Secret security clearance.

Proficiency with CAD tools and circuit simulation software.

Experience with hardware design software such as Altium, Eagle, or OrCAD.

Strong understanding of electronics, microprocessors, and embedded systems.

Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork capabilities.

Preferred: experience with ground-based radars and systems engineering processes.

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
