Key Duties

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Core responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personalized service, assisting guests throughout their stay, and responding to requests with professionalism and care.
  • Handling operational tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, report completion, and coordinating guest services.
  • Providing guidance on local attractions and experiences, enhancing the overall stay.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and following all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Performing light physical tasks, including moving and handling objects up to 10 pounds, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience required; all training provided on-site.
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule and adapt to dynamic guest service needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
