Responsibilities Collaborate with senior team members to develop winning proposals for high-profile architecture and consultancy projects. Assist in developing and implementing strategy and tracking market segment targets. Support preparation of technical content, CVs, and project experience documentation for proposals and EOIs. Help ensure governance, branding, and quality processes are followed across all submissions. Participate in internal planning meetings, reviews, and proposal strategy sessions. Contribute to cross-functional collaboration between architecture, commercial, and business development teams. Conduct basic research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry events to inform proposal development. Assist in organizing or attending industry events.
